Mum Mum's Address Book

Maudie Azzie Mae Holbrook White "Mum Mum" was an amazing woman who lived to be 93.

One afternoon, when Mum Mum was 90, my Mom and I went out to Bay Crest to visit her.

She asked Mom if we could take her shopping and Mom said yes. Mom asked her what she wanted to buy and Mum Mum said "I need a new address book - everyone in my old one is dead".

I don't know why that struck me as funny but I love the idea of living a life so full that you need a new address book at 90!
